Do you allow pets at Seren Bach Campsite?
We have a number of free-ranging pets on-site including ducks, geese, chicken, cats and guinea pigs, in addition to small children and other campers on site. If you do decide to bring your pet please be aware that there is a strict rule that the pet must be on a lead at ALL times whilst on site. If you are unable to adhere to this rule you will be asked to leave.
Do you have toilets and showers on site?
Yes and they are free, and exceptionally clean! Please visit Our Facilities page for additional details and photos.
Can we have fires?
Yes, but fires pits must be used. You may bring your own fire pit or fire pits are available for rent at the campsite for £15 for the duration of your stay and includes kindling and enough wood included for one night.

Only wood, charcoal, or paper products may be used as fuel. The burning of rubbish is prohibited.
A fire must be completely extinguished before leaving unattended. Open fires outside containers are prohibited on the campsite.
Can we bring a caravan on motor home?
Camper vans are welcome, however we do not offer electricity for larger caravans or motor homes.
Due to our licensing we are not permitted to host caravans and motor homes at our campsite.
Can we book a group?
Absolutely! A 25% non-refundable group deposit is required for 8 or more guests.
Do you have pre-pitched tents to rent?
Yes, we have several pre-pitched Bell Tents available in varying sizes to accommodate 4 to 10 guests. A description of the pre-pitched Bell Tents can be found on our Camping Options page. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the Bell Tents, please contacted us via our online form, message, text or phone call to reserve any one of our Bell Tents.
Do you have internet access?
Seren Bach Campsite encourages a “back-to-basics” campsite experience, therefor internet and charging stations are not available at the campsite. Seren Bach Campsite offers a unique opportunity to unplug, recharge, fostering an environment that reconnects guests with the natural world and offers a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Do you have a place to plug in my phone or hairdryer?
Seren Bach Campsite encourages a “back-to-basics” campsite experience, therefor electrical outlets are not available at the campsite. Some of our campers bring portable solar packs and batteries for phone charging.
Can we cook at the campsite?
Yes, some of our guests bring a portable grate or grill to cook over a fire. We also have fire pits for rent and wood for sale. We offer a washing up area next to the shower block for your pots, pans with taps to fill you water bottles and pots. You can see more photos on on what we offer on Our Facilities page.
Can I walk into Hay-on-Wye from the campsite?
Yes, the town of Hay-on-Wye is just 3 miles from the campsite. A short walk along the main road will connect you to the Wye Valley river side walk into Hay-on-Wye. Seren Bach Campsite is located in Llowes, in-between Glasbury and Hay-on-Wye. Visit Wye Valley Walk for route information.
